How do I start in-home care services?
You call 740-292-2949 to set up an appointment. We will come to you and discuss how best we can help you. You decide what days and hours you would like.
Do I need to sign a contract for a specific amount of time?
No, we have you sign an Agreement, so that you are aware of the different costs and services that are provided. We will go over it with you before signing and provide you with a copy of the details.
When do I schedule in-home care services?
You can call us anytime to change your service schedule. If you are requesting a ride, please give us 24-hour notice to be able to schedule a caregiver for you.
When do I pay for services?
Invoices are sent every 2 weeks after services are performed. Payment is due on receipt, preferably via an electronic ACH payment that is typically set up at the time of the home visit. If paying by check, we require a deposit equal to 2 weeks of services. The deposit is applied to the final bill or refunded.
Who provides my services?
All of our caregivers are typically mature adults (35 to 80) who love being around other people and want to help others. We try to have the same caregiver or team of caregivers with you each week.
Do you provide services in the evenings or on weekends?
Yes. Our in-home senior care services are available every day of the week and every hour of the day, including overnights. We can accept cases that require round-the-clock (24x7) care.
